Thanks for playing along last month!
Use the below list to inspire your project. You can use one, some or all the prompts on the list. Substitutions are welcome and encouraged.
- Paper pads of any size
- something metallic
- flat stickers
- one of the oldest things in your stash
- your handwriting
- use an idea torn from/bookmarked in a magazine
If you share your projects online please link them so we can admire and leave some love. You can find instructions to post in the Refupeas gallery in this thread but shout out if you need help.
I look forward to seeing everyone's creations this month.

I want to play. I am playing with some old OA Thrift Shop paper I bought at Scrapfest in 2010. I need to find an online sketch for it.

Gathered my papers last night. Found a subject I want to journal about. Found a sketch I like. Now to find the time... Hopefully I can pull something together before the end of the month. Thank you for hosting the challenge, Karen.

Karen, I loved reading the journaling on your layout. It reminded me of all the clothes mom made including my wedding dress. She never had an electric sewing machine until shortly after I was married. Things have really changed. Sewing is more of a hobby now, instead of a necessity. Thanks for posting that layout. It was very nostalgic for me.

This challenge helped me use an old 6x6 Studio G monochromatic pad that was given to me a couple of yrs ago. I used brads for metallic and the stars are my flat stickers that I had.

blkyngal62, What a great way to use up those 6 x 6 papers. The different pieces of blue paper could not have gone better with all of the blue in the photos. I agree with Karen, the red gives a nice contrast. TFS.

lisadv, your layout is wonderful. I love that it was inspired by Field and Stream. Just goes to show there is inspiration everywhere. I need to be more observant and use those inspiration pieces. Your layout looks like such a wonderful spot to relax. Nicely scrapped.

LisaDV , I am awarding you 100 extra bonus points for using Field and Stream and 1000 extra for making a layout that a) makes me want to go there and b) is more inspiring than the original inspiration! I really like it...fabulous pictures! I like that they take centre stage but there is still interesting extras to look at (more bonuses!)!

I'm late to the party, but I'm here! lol I used some old Jillibean stash, have been hoarding it forever and just used the last two pieces, and the corrugated cardboard letters (remember those?)! Also used plenty of the stickers that came with that line (Chicken Noodle).

What a great page, MDscrapaholic, I love that corrugated title. Such cute photo of your little guy. I love seeing kids find little spots, corners, boxes to climb into. Love your journaling! You did a wonderful job on this.
