I think that it was LatinaScrapper on YouTube, but I can't find the video where stuff is falling down during her video. Does anyone remember that video? If you don't, and you have a video that shows scrapbook hoarding in a non-humorous way, would you please post it?
I have been trying to explain to a friend that I'm NOT a hoarder (I've pared down my scrapbook stuff to about 24" of shelf space, and I'm thinking of getting rid of even more stuff).
I just remember she was talking in the video and stuff is falling down around her.

I think it's good. I'm pro-vaccine if there was a vaccine to prevent diabetes, heart disease, cancer etc wouldn't we all want those too? I think you replied to the wrong thread.

As to the OP, yes I remember that.
But there was a long thread about her on 2peas and we peatlejuiced her. She made her videos private after that. So if they are still there I don't think you would be able to see them.

I think she removed that video a long time ago, after receiving a lot of negative comments. I remember watching it and my jaw dropping.
She did start to post haul videos again though.

Good to know she's back. She made everything private for at least awhile after the board thread.

Oh yeah! I remember that now. I have to say when I read the word peatlejuiced I nearly choked on my water. It's been a long time since I've read that word. I oddly miss it.

another message board was talking about hoarders a couple of months ago and Scrapping Latina's name definitely came up amongst other "hoarders". someone posted this about another hoarder: www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=jIkhhnm2o4ssomeone also mentioned Kimbos creations as another hoarder with videos on youtube

I can't imagine the amount of money the items in those rooms represent. I don't think I've ever seen a scrapbooking store (when they existed) with that much stuff. But more power to her if she can afford it and it makes her happy.

It looks as if she's addicted to buying stuff. She has more than she will realistically use.

When we were house hunting last year, we saw a house that I SO wanted to take video of, to share with y'all. It was amazing.. the stairs came down to the basement in the middle and 3/4 of the space was chock full of crafty stuff, with one tiny little corner for a couch and TV. Very organized, but so much of it! I wasn't sure if I should be impressed or horrified. The upstairs was completely normal and wham! basement looked like Hobby Lobby exploded.

I just watched that video, I feel like I had a panic attack as she walked through the room. Holy cow.

WHOA!
I love looking at scrapbook hoards (not hauls), because it makes me think about my own stash which is slowly growing beyond its designated space allotment... There but for the grace of God go I!

I watched part of the video and can't help but think that it has to be part of hoarding pathology. It isn't even that there is so much stuff, but that most of it isn't even accessible for use. I am not a particularly organized person, but that gave me the creepy crawlies. I would think that turning a functioning bathroom into a storage closet should be a clue that help is needed. The money that it represents though...can you imagine? And most of it appears to have never even been used.
