I knew you from TSY and you are as genuine on here as you were in there. I know your first and last names and would never reveal them (you sold me some stamps and wouldn't take more money for the extra shipping...ring a bell?)

The difficulty I encounter is that I'm not the person today I was three years ago. My entire self changed with an illness. Some point it out nicely, some point it out rudely. That's all on them though not me.

I am drawing a blank but I was a hoarding scrapbooker who sold tons of crap both online and in actual yard sales! There was a pea who came to my yard sale and I always wondered what happened to my Wayne shelving. If you made it here I'd love to see photos of how you incorporated them |

I apparently come off very immature and can't write worth a damn! HA!! I just have to LOL at the bullies. If only they knew me IRL. I definitely do not come off as immature. In fact I've been told too serious sometimes. whatever! Maybe I should embrace it? ha

I know with a divorce, illness, surgeries, depression, move out of state etc I definitely have had good days and bad days here because that's how my real life has been. Also, some issues here I have strong convictions and others I don't so I would react differently. So yeah, I'd say my posts maybe jump around, but I'm just being me  And if i can find my glamour shot from 1990 I will post it and if anyoen wants to claim it - go for it  |

So as I've said before I only play Olan on the Internet but she is a pretty accurate representation of "parts" of the real me. In another thread *coughs* someone said the posters behavior was out of character and I thought hmmm how is Olan perceived on twopeas. Is it as bad as I think? How much can a couple posts on such a wide range of topics create a character. So yeah this is a validate me or roast me post. One thing I am really proud of is my ability to accept criticism with grace. The other pat on the back I give myself regularly is on my sense of humor but most people who think they are hilarious generally are not. Well, I don't know how bad you think it is, but here's my take on you. Sometimes I suspect you are arguing just for the sake of arguing. I can appreciate that because I tend to be that way too. Other times, when you are really passionate about something, I think you've ended up taking differing opinions entirely too personal and come out looking worse for it. But I don't roll my eyes or automatically prepare for drama when I see your posts, so I guess my overall impression of you is decent! On a board-wide level (not specifically you), I think most Peas have at least a few posts that seem "not them" (though arguably not to fake picture level). I just chalk it up to people having bad days. |

I think you are open, honest, straightforward, and blunt. I think tone is hard to interpret here, so sometimes you seem harsher than you intend...but perhaps I am wrong. I like you as a pea.

Well I was literally *just* fawning over you in another thread. You're a favorite of mine - I often am nodding along when I read what you write. You've struck me as very logical, and I love that, deliberate and measured in what you say, kind and consistent. But of course, you're right about "character" on the internet - we can't really know it that well, can we? It's a bummer. When I've met a couple peas in person, I would get out of the car and think, "Oh god, am I about to have dinner with a 17 year old boy or a 65 year old man and his mother?" You just never know. (All the peas I know in person are utterly delightful and as billed.)  |

I miss when people would make conversations in there I read in there once in a while. Life is too busy right now to follow TSY right now. When I have time I will post in there again. I do miss all the ole regulars from there. I am still friends with all of them on Facebook and we keep up that way so it's still fun! |

I don't really 'know' you here yet. I tend to take people at face value and assume the best of them until they show me otherwise (and unless it's something especially egregious - one off-day is just that...an off-day)
I think I'm more outgoing here than in real life but otherwise I'm much the same (but given that I lurked at the pod for a decade and only racked up 500 posts, I'm still not THAT outgoing). I suspect no one really has an opinion about me or my character though
