Last night, DH told me I can't use any credit cards until at least Monday!! He's refinancing our mortgage to pay off a home equity loan and paid off all of our balances and they have to stay at 0. I can only use the debit card for gas and groceries if I need it. Monday is sooooo far away!
And I'm totally kidding with this post! When DH told me, I was like, I never use the credit cards anyway....but then he said, that means the gas card, the Target card, the card attached to amazon prime, the card attached to iTunes, just the bank/debit card. And because he had to pay off all the balances, including the target card, he quickly realized what a ridiculous amount of money I spent on ds's graduation party last weekend. He wasn't so happy....
And of course TODAY I saw a book I wanted to download on my kindle for our upcoming vacation. And I was with my mom who just got her first iPhone and I was helping her play with it and remembered a few songs I wanted to buy and an app and a game. And let's not discuss my sick target addiction.

I'm with you. We're doing the same thing. Luckily I have a Target debit card so that's safe, but no Amazon for me right now. It's so haaarrrrrddd (whining, in my 'first world problem' voice )

"Wish Lists" (Amazon and iTunes, for sure) are your friend! {{hugs}} I never want something more than when I'm told (or I tell myself) 'no.'

I've had to impose a Zulily spending freeze. I'm on my 2nd month. Gosh, it's been difficult!!! I console myself that with all the money I haven't spent there will be going instead towards new furniture for my new home this month. A small consolation but once I move in, it's no holds barred!
