UPDATE:
Not much of an update. Saw dr (not my regular one). She had no idea what might be wrong. Ordered a bunch of blood tests, and results were all normal. Of course, right? I slept all day yesterday, and I am feeling better today. Way less pain.
Lyme disease is very unlikely as we have few ticks here, and I never go into the woods.
Hopefully not something as serious as MS. I do have a couple of autoimmune diseases, so perhaps I was just having a weird flare up of one of them.
I haven't made any changes to my meds lately, so hopefully it's not a med reaction, though if this continues or reoccurs, I'll definitely have to consider that.
I hope I continue to feel better.
OP:
First off, my drs office isn't open yet; it's just before 6 a.m. here.
I've had increasing pain over the last few days, but now it is severe. My legs feel like they do with sciatica (burning pain from butt down the leg); both legs are involved. But my arms hurt intensely too. The back of my right upper arm feels like it has a huge bruise, but it doesn't. My back aches. My hands even hurt. The pain is burning, intense, constant, and feels like nerve pain. I'm also crazy itchy.
I can't take ibuprofen or Aleve without eating, and I'm nauseous (probably from the pain, so I really don't want to eat). I took Tylenol and Benadryl. The itching isn't a reaction to the Tylenol as it preceded my taking that medication.
I haven't done, eaten or drunk anything unusual in the last few days.
I'm really at a loss, and have rarely, if ever, felt pain like this all over my body. It doesn't feel like the body aches from the flu. No fever.
Any thoughts?

I don't know what could cause all that, but I just wanted to validate you that that kind of pain is in no way normal.
Insist on being seen by your doctor today. If he can't see you, I think that kind of pain warrants a trip to the urgent care.
(((hugs))) I hope you feel relief soon.

Do you have MS? Are you having trouble moving, or do you just hurt when you move normally?
If you are in that much pain, I'd head to the ER.

I don't know either but if its increasing and has done for a few days I would get seen by someone today. I hope you can get some medical advice soon.

Throw in a case of hives from mid chest to mid thigh and on my hands (but not on my arms) Took over a year to figure it out. I was having a reaction to my blood pressure medication. I'd been taking it for 6 years with no problem. Then one day, boom. Problem
