Ink refresher?

Good question. I am pretty sure the blending solution would do the trick- I have not tried it, but Tim also showed us how to use an alcohol ink palette for travelling to crops etc.

You dispense the inks into the pans and let them dry. You fill up a pen with blending solution. You are then able to leave all bottles at home and use the blending pen to pick up dried colour as needed. By process of reasoning, you could try refreshing the inks with the blending solution. I hope you have some and can test this out. If you do, please come back and tell us how it went.
