Very similar to what I had at the start of summer. I thought I was sick, but when I started treated it as allergies, I finally felt relief. I did Zyrtec in the morning, Benedryl at night and a nasal spray 2x a day (Flonase).
ETA: also took Motrin and mucinex because the drainage was starting to settle in my chest. I did not have a sneeze/ runny nose/ stuffed nose at all.

UPDATE: started anti-biotics yesterday after 13 days of feeling like crap. Besides a gigantic headache this morning I already feel much better. The cough is gone, I'm starting to not be revolted by the thought of eating (lost 10 lbs in the last 2 weeks!) and can walk across the house without needing a nap. I hope I never get whatever I had again... thanks for the support and ideas for things to take to feel better

It's amazing how much better you can feel after 24 hours of the right medication! Hope you're feeling 100% soon!

I third and 4th the mucinex, but there are also different formulas. So depending on your symptoms but it really does help especially if you've got that nasty drainage going on. I hope you get some relief soon and can't get in to a dr!
