Hello, I think it was on the Two Peas board, maybe in a challenge thread, that had a link to a website that listed all the fun and obscure days of observance. I found one site, but it only has a few each day, but this list had quite a few for each day. Any ideas. The one I found for today has the following observances for the 10th of July.
National Pina Colada Day - I am sending hubby to the store to get the ingredients for a cocktail tonight.
National Clerihew Day
Collector Car Appreciation Day
So let's all have a Pina Colada, write a clerihew, and if you or you know someone who is into collector cars - Have a Happy Day!
These might be great Project Life Prompts for those stuck days!

I do think I found the other one. I think I am going to have a blast with this. Not a traditional PLer, but I think doing some pages based on these obscure observance days it will fit right into my style of scrapbooking which is heavily what I call "series" scrapbooking (remember I am the courthouse lady). Tomorrow is All American Pet Photo Day! Get those camera's out and take a photo of your fur babies (or in some case furless babies), lets all share on a thread what we create for tomorrow. Maribeth |
