My husband and I recently got back from a terrific trip to England and I am starting to put together our travel album/journal. After searching all over the internet (and elsewhere) for England-centric supplies I am convinced that scrapbookers only take trips to the beach and to France. I can find the occasional embellishment or paper, but they are usually lumped in with general travel-themed items, many of which I have no use for. Not really looking for a solution here, just venting. Fortunately I have a Cameo and can make some of what I need, but it would be so great to find some stuff ready made. I like the beach, and I'll probably like France a lot, once I actually get there, as much as anyone, but Geez! There are other travel destinations!

Yes and lots and lots of summer collections beach or non beach theme. I don't scrap a lot of "summer" theme events. For example, in summer I would scrap 4th of July, softball, Disney or Mount Rushmore!

Scrap your trip is the best place and they will make custom papers for some special papers you might want.

Thank you so much! I've googled "England" and "Scrapbook", or words to that effect, so many times but this has never come up. I'm off to have a good look. I can always count on the peas!

A lot of people use globes, planes, tickets, etc. for travel albums since they are easier to find. Maybe you could do that and play up the England aspect with your paper colors? Like maybe mounting everything on navy cardstock or something? That way you are also investing in supplies you could reuse for future albums. Just my two cents.

My LSS has a big travel section with stuff for a lot of different countries and areas of the US- Simple Pleasures in Colorado Springs. I don't know if you can order online, though. DH and I were on an Alaskan cruise last week and there were a couple scrapbook kits for sale in the photo studio on the ship. They were from 3Birds- one was for cruising, the other for Alaska. I was curious how much they were being sold for, but no one was around to ask.

There are also charms that would be relevant to an England trip in the jewelry sections of the chain craft stores.

Shimelle had a a Double Decker bus featured in her first paper line. If you have a cameo, I'm sure you can get that image from the Silhouette store.
I'd also look for products by Amy Tan and Kelly Purkey as both feature travel in their scrapping although it may not be England specific.

I was also going to suggest Scrap Your Trip. I've had a hard time finding anything remotely related to belly dance, but I found it there. I've ordered from them quite a few times - the have good sales and excellent customer service.

Really? I've seen England stuff on the shelves at the few stores I've been to in the past several months and I think I even saw some Paper House stickers at Tuesday Morning so it's out there. Have you checked Amazon? I found a ton of stuff on there searching under "travel scrapbooking supplies England UK". Sometimes you have to try a bunch of different search terms to find what you're looking for. HTH!

Try Amazon. Type "England scrapbook" into the search box. Lots of stuff came up.

October Afternoon's Travel Girl line may work for you? It even has some things that resemble subway/tube numbers and maps. It's light colored, but sorta generic travel. OA Travel Girl

Try searching for UK and Britain - sometimes it'll be filed under alternate names... Also try searching for things more specifically - Big Ben, tea cups, Union Jack, etc... Some things will only go by their specific name... Maybe check out Shimelle's line... The recent one has a teacup sort of vibe to it, so there may be some subtly British things in their... ETA: scrapbook.com seems to have a decent selection www.scrapbook.com/store/products/?w=England

I found a set of dies that are London themed. I found a bunch of stuff years ago (2005). I did two 50 page albums for my boys. Tuesday Morning had a whole pack of British paper earlier this summer. It might have been Paper House.

I know I've bought a bunch of UK stuff there in the past. If you search for London, you should also find some products;)
