Interesting. I guess I should check it out maybe a fire stick if I get lucky enough. Figure I can turn my dumb tvs into smart tvs lol. I need to look to see if they have slots or whatever so I can even use them. I hate having to turn on extra devices to stream Netflix.

This is the first year for the sale from what I've seen. I've seen the same previews linked above.
Both of my SILs have Prime and so do I. We pushed my brother into running the Christmas name drawing program that he wrote earlier than normal. He emailed out our matches over the weekend and we are ready to go! We all plan to get some Christmas shopping done tomorrow. One SIL is due with a baby within the next couple weeks. She plans to knock out all of their family's shopping to avoid doing it with an infant. She's usually a Black Friday diehard.

How are they doing it? In the lightning Deal section- or will there be a custom section for it?

For some reason I thought it was on the 20th. Bummer, I'm going to be super busy at work tomorrow and I doubt I will get a chance to see many of the deals. I was hoping they might have deals on the Paperwhite.

There are name drawing programs out there, I stumbled on them last year and we will use them this year for the annual cousin drawing. I'm stoked because with an odd number of kids, plus siblings don't give to each other it gets too complicated.
@iamunoriginalal, your brother wrote one? That's cool. Also, did your SIL see the gargantuan box of wipes on the list? I'm telling all the expectant mamas I know to keep an eye on the price.

He set up a program that randomly draws names for us , makes sure we don't get someone from our household, and that we don't get the same person we had the previous year. I think he said it's an excel based thing, but I wasn't fully paying attention. I wanted to know the time, not how the watch was built. It's handy since we only see each other a couple times a year due to distance. This is the same brother who set up a color coded packing list for the family camping trip when he grew tired of group emails flying back and forth figuring out who was bringing what gear.

I didn't ask her about the wipes because I saw it and thought I'd ship her one if the price is right. However, not much gets by that bargain hunter!

I wonder if the sale is mainly for big ticket items or if perhaps my dog food will be on sale? lol

That is awesome! The biggest problem I face is the same people from the same immediate household and yes, the same person as last year! Off to talk to my techie BIL, thank you!

I'm only bummed that it is on West Coast time and I'll be asleep when it starts. I don't get up until 5:30 ET, so don't know what will be available then...

I'd like to get a Fitbit Flex, but can't stalk the sales all day to find out if it's being offered tomorrow.

They have the sales up through 5:30. I don't know if random pop up items will show up, but so far I am underwhelmed.

I see sales up to about 7:50 am (eastern time I guess-I think they have the times showing for your local time zone) so far.

I saw up to 4pm tomorrow, I just clicked where it said "all available" on the deals. Lots of kid and baby items, lots of jewelry. So far nothing I need. Come on Kindle deal!

I'm only looking at the categories of things I want. My list is the brother scan n cut, some kind of cordless stick vac, a new epilator, and an ipad mini (that probably won't happen though).

I woke up from lack of fan and took a peek. Noticed all the kid/baby stuff. Our youngest is 16 so . . .
But I did look and we ended up getting a babygate for my craftroom to keep the dogs out! So I guess I'll keep checking in throughout the day.

I just bought my Dad a Fire HD7 for Christmas. $114 for 64g and no ads. Couldn't pass that up.
