Add me to the list of people who feel great eating vegan. Eliminating dairy makes the biggest difference for me. Forks Over Knives and Vegucated changed my eating habits completely. fantastic! i too watched vegucated but it was difficult to watch, although an important film. it covers the animal side of being a vegan-what happens to the animals in order for that shrink wrapped steak to show up in your grocers shelves or that milk to be in that carton. watching this makes it that much easier for me to stick to this diet. although i still like my leather shoes and purses. i figure they come from cows that have already been slaughter for meat. if i find out i'm wrong i'll change that too. debbie in md.

I was having an extremely difficult time letting go of sushi and cheese (sigh, cheeeeeeese) until I watched Vegucated. I started eating 95% plant-based after Forks Over Knives and for me, it was about health and what made me feel healthy, not animal rights. The more I learned about the environmental impact of the meat & poultry industries, the more committed I became to veganism, but I still couldn't let go of cheese. Until Vegucated. That's literally all it took. It's still more about health for me, but every time I want cheese, I think about those cows. It doesn't hurt that I feel SO much better without the dairy. Vegucated also put the final nail in the coffin for sushi for me. Destroying the oceans? No thanks - don't want to contribute to that.

They are so good. I get ones with brown rice and filled with carrots, avocado, asparagus, cucumbers, etc.

Oh, I do! I love veggie rolls!! But no more fish. I've found it's actually the wasabi/soy sauce flavor that I want anyway, not so much the fish.
