I've had my Big Kick for several years now and have, unintentionally, cut on the wrong side of the die thus cutting into the surface of the platform. This happened a couple of times after I first got it and over time, parts of the instructions have pealed and have left an uneven surface. This has happened on only the top (#1) tab as I usually cut with thin metal dies when I use the platform.

I don't know if there is any way to "fix" this or if I can somehow replace just the tab. Does anyone know?
