They are a soft, watersoluble crayon stick that are similar in consistency to lipstick. You can scribble/draw directly onto your page, or use water and a brush to apply. There are lots of YouTubers that use them and have process or tutorial videos on them. They can be a fun, vibrant medium!

I took a gelato class by Faber-Castell a few years ago, one of the best classes I've ever taken. (Tim Holtz alcohol ink class is still the absolutely best)

I'm taking that class in Houston. I got 6 colors of Gelatos a while back but never did anything with them. I've watched some tutorials online but I learn better in a hands-on setting. I'm sure it'll be a little messy, but fun.

I've used mine very little - thanks for the links/class info... If you're using them right from the tube to the paper, not watered down or mixed into modelling paste (only way I've used them so far), will they dry completely? Curious if they would continue to smudge...
