If so, can you please tell me how thick was your chipboard, and what setting did you use?
I don't see a chipboard setting, but I do see coverstock. I am pretty sure the Cameo won't cut through the heavy chipboard that I have. Other than cereal boxes, is there a source for chipboard that the Cameo will cut?
Or should I stick to cutting multiple pieces of heavy cardstock and gluing them together they way I have been doing?
Thanks!

Not sure if it helps or not, but Silhouette does sell chipboard. Sil chipboard at Amazon
There is also a chipboard setting in the Studio software: blade 5, speed 1 cm/s, thickness 33, double cut on.

Okay, I will have to go look at my software again, because I could not spot a chipboard setting. And thanks for the link! I'm off to order it now!
Edited to add: I am evidently blind, because I went and looked, and the chipboard setting is definitely there. I don't know why I couldn't see it before. I'm going to place an order at Amazon.
Thanks again!

You're welcome! I miss stuff in that window all the time, something about the way it scrolls. I love my Cameo SO MUCH, but I swear, the software was developed by someone half-competent.

I cut it all the time with my Portrait. I bought the Silhouette Chipboard at my HL with a coupon. It's really about cereal box thickness. I cut two and layer it. Then cut the shape/letters out of printed paper or cardstock and glue it on the top. Homemade Thickers!

I've cut cereal box weight. I double cut it and it's perfect.
I've also cut poster board. I cut a lot of stuff for teachers and the theatre. Sometimes I really want to take advantage of the ability to cut long lengths. It's not thicker, but it's nice to be able to cut BIG,

I ordered the chipboard and one other item from Amazon last night, and it qualified for one day shipping, I got my order this morning! It is rather thin chipboard, so I cut two of each piece and will blue them together. It's definitely better than cutting four of each from my good cardstock.
Thanks, everyone. I am happy that I can do this with the Cameo.
