Which one do you have on your desk? I need to update mine it is just a little too small for pace - it is the portable fold up one.

I got this one first, earlier this year at a thrift store for $8! I almost missed it because when I saw it, it was like this! I thought it was an odd caddy but I saw the name Ott Lite on it and started looking closer! Absolutely loved it and got this one for my sewing machine and to use on the other side of my paper crafting table. I like that it will lean WAY over if you need it to do so. I have this one for my night stand, it is almost identical to my two tone dark pink clock!

I have a desktop one, but it isn't tall enough. So, I have a wire kitchen shelf and the light sits on there. The light is heavy so my dh has cut a 2x4 so I put that under the shelf/light to keep the shelf from bending. I also have a floor lamp. That I've taken and have it on a stand next to my fabric cutting table. Again, the light just isn't tall enough to use at at table. It would be great if I was sitting in a chair, but I stand to cut fabric.

I have the pink sized one too (mine is white). I have had it for over 12 years and I've never changed the bulb and it still works great!

Like CeeScraps I have a nice desk lamp, but it's not tall enough. I have it on a heavy duty photo storage box to lift it up. I had a beautiful floor lamp that I had right against my desk, but it quit working.

I was about to go purchase an ott light and went to costco first for some other items they had and ott like lamp for $35. It has a clock and thermometer as well as a usb port. It does fold. They have others of the same brand on the website, but not the one I bought from the store. I love it.

I'd love an Ott Lite for my table but they cost a small fortune here. Wonder if I could get a battery one from Amazon - anyone seen them on there?

I don't know which mine is, but it has an outlet in the back of the base which I love. I use it for my heat tool since I don't want to leave it plugged in all the time, much easier then having to try to plug it in under my scrap table.

I have a white one like the pink one above. I also have three that have the adjusting, telescoping neck. We love them.
