What part of the scrapbooking process do you like the most and least? I love playing with my papers and creating the design. My least favorite is journaling. It almost always feels stilted and unnatural. I want to work harder on it and try to improve. I also hate uploading photos to print. I wish they would just magically appear.
What do you love and hate about scrapping?

Ditto on uploading photos, I struggle with journaling as well.

I do lots and lots of cutting with my trimmer, and I wish things were just magically the size I want them to be. I also hate when things just will not fit on the page the way I want them to. Sometimes I am just shaving off the sides trying to get things to fit just right. I also have a very hard time when none of the paper I have at hand will do. I keep trying different papers and the right shade or color or print just isn't there.
The part I love is having the perfect paper and embellishments and a layout just comes together easily.

I really like adding in all of the tiny little details and getting everything just right.
The part I always struggle with is just figuring out the whole big picture/look/style/story, because it's so many things intertwined. The journalling, the title, the colours and feel of the page... once I get that figured out the rest is golden.

Editing and ordering pictures is the worst part for me followed closely by titles. My computer has slowed down so much that it makes both of those things agonizingly slow. I usually cut my titles with my Silhouette. My favorite part is paper paper placement. It usually comes together pretty quickly.

Journaling is the most difficult for me. I seem to overthink things and worry about it sounds.
I do enjoy the whole process of matting pictures - matching the papers, cutting, gluing, etc. I love the way a picture looks with matting!

I'm with you on the journaling! I feel so pressured (by who?!) to get it just right and I'm just not a good story teller. And I either have not enough to say or so much that it couldn't possibly fit on the page.
I love looking through my stash for bits and pieces to complete the layout. I also love going back the next day to admire my work....finished pages make me so happy!

Uploading, cropping, and ordering photos is such a pain!
I love the process of putting together the pages. I just want someone else to hand me the photos!

Least enjoyable-choosing photos and then uploading to be developed which can take forever! Recently I found that our CVS does an absolutely wonderful job developing, usually in an hour! Glossy now is not as glossy as it use to be either. I find that matte is sometimes to dark for me.
Most enjoyable-when I feel like I find the perfect something for a page, example-perfect paper, title, embellishment, spot/font for journaling, or a great sketch!

I love playing with it all. Spreading out all the papers, the embellishments, pulling out tools, inks, stamps. I like seeing what I have and dabbling.
I hate censoring my journaling. Sometimes I have things that I am thinking, but don't write down because I am worried about what others will think if they ever read it. For that I use super secret journalling - writing down stuff on the bottom layer off patterned paper that gets adhered to the cardstock, and then layering from there. Technically if someone disassembled my layout carefully, they could read it, but since no one knows it's there, I feel better knowing I know where it is and could revisit my thoughts if I ever really needed to.
I don't like spending my fun money on albums, page protectors, adhesive, and trimmer blade refills. Sounds silly, I know? But I love, love, love buying fun paper and embellishments!
I don't like when I have too many thoughts on how an event's photos "should" look, and then feeling let down that I didn't capture that perfect Hallmark shot. Christmas, for example. I have more "Bah, Humbug!" layouts than "Merry & Bright." I try to remind myself that this is my real life, and not a photoshopped fashion model photo shoot for a holiday product. I can buy all the cute Easter outfits I want, I can make hot cocoa with cute snowmen marshmallows and pretty candy canes, but it doesn't mean my kids will all cooperate and smile perfectly at me when I ask them to.

My favorite is finishing a page. My least favorite is figuring out the design. Since I don't like the process, I use a lot of sketches or other people's pages to figure out placement of photos. OR I use divided sheet protectors. Then I only have to decorate a little space and my page is done quickly; my favorite part!

For me, any of the above can be my most or least favorite, depending on the page I'm working on. Sometimes I'm stuck on which paper to use. Other times I can't seem to get the embellishing right, or I'm at a loss on what to say on the journaling. Usually at least one piece of the design is easily apparent, so I do that part, then just fake it with the rest and move on. I'll go back after I've left that page sit for a while, and a lot of the time a new idea will come to me and I'll fix it, or I will realize it's not as bad as I thought.
