I'm SORE!!!! Right after the workouts I feel great-loose and limber and zero stress. My neck and shoulders don't hurt during the day (from typing so much and reading files) and I am starting to see results . BUT then I'M SORE!!! Geez. Does it ever get better or do I have to resign myself to being sore forever?
UGH.
Whine...I know.
lie to me and tell me exercising gets easier. . . . . . .

How long have you been exercising for? I exercise in spurts, when I start up again the first few weeks are ouchie painful. After that it's an occasional good soreness, if that makes sense?

It does eventually get better, but until then, ibuprofen and icy hot and hot baths with Epsom salts are your friends. I actually like a little soreness...feels like it's working If you get to the point that you're not sore at all, it's time to switch up your workouts imo

3 weeks. I can't go daily. I usually do 3 times a week. The soreness was pretty bad the first week now it's not so bad. But I'm still sore after the day after the workouts. My butt, arms, thighs and abdomen are always sore (or so it seems to me)

Make sure you drink lots of water after you work out. The soreness is caused by lactic acid in your muscles. You need to flush it out to help with the soreness. It won't go away completely, but it will help a lot.

It's killing my hair washing schedule as well. I'm essentially a wet rag after the workouts-no lie. I'm a devotee of intense hair conditioning treatments. I can't look hot with shitty hair.

Make sure you warm up slowly and stretch really well when you are done too. It should start to feel less painful soon, if it doesn't then you may be overdoing it.
Congrats on sticking with it through the worst part! (in my opinion the first weeks are the WORST!)
ETA: Make sure you are giving yourself a day off every three or four days too. If you don't give your muscles a chance to recover then you aren't building them up, just re injuring them over and over again.

Yes, it will absolutely get easier/better ~ keep at it! I too recommend LOTS of water before & after, I sometimes do a post-workout protein shake and Epsom salt baths are awesome.

It's good to hear that it does get better! I've been doing Bikini Body Mommy 1.0. This past week I was on vacation, so no BBM for me. I did manage to get at least 10,000 steps every day but one, which was good. Right before we left on vacation, I was trying to finish a week of BBM, which meant that I had to do her routine for the week in 3 of four 4 days (I've been walking every day, too, whether she has a video or not). The exercises for the week included the 'death march' (100 lunge challenge), 1-arm windmills, and some ab crunch/balance exercise. After doing this one day, I could barely move the next day--and I mean barely move. Getting in and out of the car (and on and off the toilet, if we're being brutally honest) was excruciating (and this was four weeks or so into the challenge). I really could not do the routine two more times before we left. I just could not. So tomorrow I'm ready to start BBM again. To stay on target I think I'm going to move ahead to the next week, but it's bothering me that I missed those two workouts. Maybe it'll bother me less once the soreness kicks in, LOL. I admit that I'm scared.

Stretch stretch stretch. Before and after. Great job so far, and don't stop. It's so much harder to get back into it when you take a break.

What everyone said -- water, stretch, cool down. Yes - you will feel less soreness ... which means that you need to switch up the exercise, or increase the weight or something. Unfortunately ...

Make sure you are stretching really well before and after the workout. It does get easier, but you will still get sore at times. When I first started working out, I told DH we were going to have to install bars next tot the toilet because I could get up after getting down that low!x
