I am starting tomorrow and wondering if anyone wants to start an accountability group with me. Even if you can't start tomorrow, let me know if you are interested!

I can. I do it off and on and am not perfect with it. I more try to be reasonable and follow 80% of it 80% of the time. I know tomorrow I will be eating dinner out and not fitting in time to exercise but Tueday I can

Tomorrow starts week 3 for me of my current round but I'll play along at least for the week! I'm doing Extreme so my workouts might be in a different order.

Did y'all buy the programs from Beach Body, or are you simply following the concept? It looks interesting, but I'm more of a dance workout person, so I don't know how much I would enjoy (and therefore stick with) the kind of exercise routines in the official program.

I'm the opposite,I don't like dance-type programs, which is why I like the Fix so much. The Fix is a lot of lunges, squats, lifts, planks, push ups, etc plus separate yoga, Pilates, and ab workouts. It's separated by upper body day, lower, cardio, etc. It's tough but not impossible, even for beginners. I love the muscle building and sculpting but it's not for everyone. I bought mine from BeachBody.

Great! How is everyone doing today (if you have started)? I am doing pretty well with my food. I didn't get my workout in yet because the kids had a sleepover last night and were sleeping in the room with the DVD player. My husband is going to move the PS3 to the other room so I can do workouts in there if needed to avoid that problem in the future. I did walk for 20 minutes during a break this morning.

To be honest I am not as strict with the diet these last couple rounds because I am more about maintenance now, but I think in the fall I'll get more strict again. So that I had Greek yogurt with granola for breakfast, mixed greens salad and bagel with cream cheese (!!! Feels so decadent, lol) for lunch, planning on zucchini and eggplant with marinara and ricotta for dinner. Just firing up the DVD player right now to do Plyo Extreme and then I am either doing PiYo or walking, haven't decided yet.
Happy Monday everyone, here's to a great day filled with good choices!

I am doing great so far. But I always do during the day. For some reason, I start grazing when I go home. So wish me luck this evening. I will hit the gym and walk four miles. And hopefully, I can stay away from the refrigerator!

I had to come back in because I forgot to mention I had more almonds and honey than in an actual serving, which I had totally forgotten about, and I felt guilty omitting that, lol Plus my workout went sort of poorly, for some reason my blood pressure kept dropping (I run low and occasionally have this problem, not too often though) do I had to keep modifying the moves. And then I got done and did not at all feel like making the zucchini so DH is getting me a baked potato from Wendy's on his way home. How's that for total honesty/accountability?

Z*G--sounds like a great day!
Here is what I have had so far:
B--two egg muffins (eggs with green peppers and onions, baked in a muffin tin) S--1/2 of an English muffin with 1t PB (my son stole the other half) L--kale salad, dressing, grilled chicken S--veggies with greek yogurt mixed with ranch dressing mix; cherries D--taco salad (spinach, salsa, meet, a little cheese). I may end up having a tortilla since I have only had 1/2 of a yellow so far).
I might have some greek yogurt later. I was also supposed to have another fruit. So maybe some mango and yogurt.

Well ladies,
I'm sorry I didn't reply sooner but Monday right off I was hanging a picture on a wall and fell off a stool. Ugh. Whole body out of whack!
I've been to the Chiro 2 x's and still have a headache. But I did get on the scale after being afraid since we spent the day at Disneyland last week and I ate too many Begnees (spelling!) (yes, I know run on sentence!)
I've lost 3 lbs! I've been at the same weight for months!
Still eating well.

Doing pretty well with my eating, but not perfect. I did total body cardio today, even though I know it isn't in the right order.
