Bridget is a Border Collie mix that is 16-18 years old that we got from a rescue almost 13 years ago. She's very sweet and loyal. Wendy is a Chiweenie that is about 11 years old. We inherited her from my dad who got her from a rescue. She is very devoted and tenacious. Lily is an approximately 5 year old pit mix that I adopted from Austin Pets Alive three years ago. She has pretty bad anxiety and takes Prozac. She is my sweet and gentle princess. Ben is a Shar Pei mix that we think is probably about a year and a half. My daughter found him on the street in Waco. He had a rope tied around neck and no hair except on the underside of his tail and his ears. I think he has beaten generalized mange (and parasites) and now he has a beautiful shiny black coat. He LOVES people, is extremely energetic, smart, very stubborn, and loves to chew anything (shoes, hats, Kindles, leashes, collars, chairs) just for fun. He is kind of charismatic.

Here's my Mr. Handsome... add your pet pictures! Baritone Bear is a Bouvier des Flanders and is 1 1/2 years old and oh so spoiled. He's not quite done growing and thinks he's a lap dog. We also have two Shih Tzu's that are the boss of him. The picture on the beach and the one in the winter were both when he was under a year old. He loves the water but a face plant in the snow is what makes him really happy. Gulp! How much does he weigh?
I'll add the 3 latest I have of my cat.
She has had a ton of fun with a paper grocery bag I've had in my office. I initially had something in it, but it's been empty for days...but I can't fold it up and put it away. You'll understand in a minute.
Pardon the glare on the window on this one...it was early morning AND taken on my phone (well actually all 3 of these were taken on my phone)
I've posted a picture of her on her "perch" before (up on her back feet...stretching her arms up) But in this one, she sees a bird. What she waits for. What she wouldn't know what to do with if she caught it.

Our little girl cat Dali. Our boy cat Loki. He didn't care that my daughter was working: he wanted a lap. Both of our cats were adopted from the Humane Society. We adore them! Love seeing everyone's pets!

this is our sweet Onyx. We adopted him from the humane society a little over a year ago. He isn't a lap cat yet but I hold out hope.

ingrid6 , your pup is gorgeous! I love big shaggy dogs the most; to me they are the epitome of 'dog'. This is Tufty a few days ago with his latest toy. And this is him with DS a few days ago.

adorable pictures of your cat!!! Bear currently weighs 100 - we think he'll top at 110. We joke that the caption of the picture of him on my dh's lap should be "does this pose make my butt look big?"

I just love these threads! And ingrid6, WOW! Baritone Bear is AWESOME! Here's our Tucker. AKA TT, Mr. T, The Tuck, Tuckster, Tuckerific, Big Brown Boy, sometimes Big Brown Bastard, and occasionally he gets called something that rhymes with his name but starts with F. Anyway, he'll be 11 months old on Saturday, and probably weighs close to 85 pounds now. He's a total love - probably the most lovey Lab we've had (which is saying a lot!), and definitely the most spoiled (which is also saying a lot!).

What a cutie! Do you hand strip his coat? Is he a digger? No, we don't hand strip him. He spent his first 5 or so years in a puppy mill and we didn't want to start him on that after his background and at that age. I mostly just comb him and occasionally get him shaped with scissors so he still has a terrier coat. He has CRAZY undercoat, though. Like almost as bad as our Berner LOL He's not a digger, but he is a swimmer

White-bellied Caiques are known as the clowns of the parrot world, and they truly are!

How do you get bigger pictures and more than one to post? I only know how to upload a small image as an attachment. If you click on those small attachments, they will turn full sized. For attachments, you can upload and attach three at a time.
