I ordered some AC tag stickers on the 8th & still haven't gotten them in the mail. I did get the BBC Enterprises email. I just emailed them & am waiting on a response. This happened last month also when I ordered lace washi tape, I believe, but since they had sold out, they reimbursed me. I am so frustrated.

No problems and have been ordering for many years, but the shipping times are unpredictable and often slow, but something I was willing to deal with for the prices. Usually the shipping is slow, but once in a wile it would ship out the next day! I haven't ordered for awhile so now idea on how long it's currently taking.

It typically takes 2, sometimes 3, weeks for me to receive a Peachy Cheap order.

I usually count on 2 weeks, but last time I was pleasantly surprised to get something in just a week. It always comes eventually.

I have ordered from them several times and I've always received my order although it is slow. Their email should have included a tracking number.

I've never had a problem with not getting the item. I don't expect It to arrive quickly though. It usually takes three weeks for me to get anything (or even worse as it has to clear customs at the border).

They haven't returned my email. Well, thanks to you all now I know why. I appreciate everyone who responded. I hate waiting. Yep, I'm impatient, lol.
ETA: threegirls - The email did have a tracking # but when I clicked on it, it said it was in Utah on the 10th, no other states were listed. I'm in KY. |

It doesn't seem like the ever use the tracking properly. It's just the number they get when they print from Stamps.com. I don't think they actually check it into the post office for tracking.
If you're reading here, Peachy Cheap, we like your product and pricing, but the information side of your customer service could use some improvement. This place is a pretty good sample of your client base, and worth paying attention to if you want to grow your business.
