Her blackberry cobbler is good but very rich.

We like her Marlboro man sandwiches. Some of the others mentioned on here sound interesting.

Enchiladas
Lime rice
Bbq sauce
Breakfast potatoes
Breakfast burritos
Sundat Pot Roast
And for the pulled pork I like to mix her recipe with Tyler Florance's recipe for a super delicious recipe.

The Texas Sheet Cake is a keeper. Now, she did admit (at least on the blog) that this was not her recipe, that it was one of those "handed" down things. I think a lot of them were that way starting out. I don't think she's ever hidden that fact.
I've done the Crash Potatoes a few times. The salsa and Pico de Gallo are both good. We've made the Marlboro Man Sandwiches, those are good, but I think DH has altered them somewhat. (Less meat, more peppers and onions). We had some kind of tacos, she said they were her brother's favorite. You used tortillas and fried them, and they were good, but the oil just went everywhere, it was a mess.
The one thing we didn't like was the bacon-wrapped meatloaf. I thought it was okay, but DH likes his bacon crispy and this way it was not.

I've never been interested in trying any of her recipes for the simple fact that each one I've seen looks like a career - I want to put good, healthy food on the table, not start a lifetime project for each meal.
Edited to say, OK I was wrong. I just downloaded the blackberry cobbler recipe. Old dog, new tricks.

My family loves almost all of her recipes I've made. Number one of the list is her Spicy Italian Meatballs. Sometimes I only make the sauce and I haven't bought jarred red sauce since. Her Sunday night stew and apple dumplings are delicious. I've made so many of her recipes and the only one I can think of that none of us liked is the chicken spaghetti.

My favorite is the pot roast and I have made both the cinnamon rolls and the Marlboro man sandwiches. The sandwiches are good but REALLY high in sodium so they are a once a year thing.

I made her quinoa with basil, tomatoes and mozzarella and enjoyed it. I thought her restaurant style salsa was missing something. I think it needs another jalapeno, or maybe a couple of serranos.

Her crash potatoes are my fav, but my sweet hubs has lost 65 pounds, so I can't cook these delicious dishes any more.

I'm usually not a big fan of her cooking but tonight I made her Asian noodle salad and it was delicious Made that Monday night. It was good, but way too much for dh, dd, and I. We like her Dr Pepper pork sandwhiches, beef with peppers, Cajun chicken pasta, and meatballs. I do alter some of her recipes to if the call for a lot of fat. Not living on a working farm, and all...... It's for 6 people

We like the crash hot potatoes and the lasagna. I've also made the meat sauce for the lasagna and served it with spaghetti. Dh loved that! My kids really like the pizza crust, while Dh and I prefer a whole wheat recipe I have from another website.
Recently I made her recipe for brownie cookies and we were totally unimpressed. They did taste just like brownies from a box, but we are totally spoiled on Stinky Rose's brownies. Now that I think about it, dh had a similar response when I made the PW sheet cake a few years ago. He said "This is okay, but I really prefer those brownies!"

This thread is making me realize how many PW recipes I have NOT actually tried yet. My family loves (I can't emphasize that enough) her chicken spaghetti. Sometimes I make it with cooked turkey instead if that's what I have. I made it recently for some friends who had a death in the family, and received a two-page thank-you note about how wonderful it was. Her pot roast is hands-down the best I've ever made. The one with the fresh herbs on top. Also her Sunday night stew is very good. I serve it with mashed potatoes on the side because there aren't any potatoes in the recipe. The crash hot potatoes are always a huge hit. We always run out (even though I make plenty) and people want more. And huh, I wonder how I got so fat!

I make her pantry pasta and apple dumplings every few months. I have made her spicy Dr. Pepper pulled pork, DH and his friends like it. I don't like spice at all and a lot of her recipes are spicy. I have made her cinnamon rolls a bunch in the past but don't like them anymore. I need to find a good cinnamon roll recipe. Go to all recipes and find "clone of a cinnabun" recipe. OMG best cinnamon rolls ever! And easy in the bread machine if you still have one.

I have all three of her cookbooks but rarely use them! I usually just print something off her site. I have never tried the Chicken Spaghetti, I think I need to give it a whirl and see what I am missing!

I like all the recipes of hers that I have tried - the Sour Cream Noodle Bake has become a household favorite.

I am making the chicken spaghetti recipe tonight for the first time as per the recommendations here. I just happened to have all of the ingredients in the house.

Texas Sheet Cake, which my family has been making under that name since the early 1970s, and Crash Hot Potatoes. I really like everything I've tried from her, but those are perennial favorites.

I think I’ll have to give her recipes another try. I have made a couple:
Chicken spaghetti – it was ok, but nothing to rave about. I’ve not bothered to make it again.
Mac Cheese – quite expensive and time consuming to make and honestly I prefer Kraft blue box!
