touch your cell phones while driving AT&T It can Wait CampaignWarning - this is really pretty graphic but it definitely makes it's point.

I watched this early this morning. I'm glad that they put it out there. I think too many people think that if they look away for a few seconds it's not a big deal. No text is worth losing your or anyone else's life over. Thanks for sharing!

That was good, I hope people watch it.
I drove about 25K miles last year, mostly up and down the west coast on I-5. The number of people I see texting is so, so high. I want to scream at them, or be able to report them, or make them watch this video.

Very realistic. People who use their phones while driving make me nuts. It is such a selfish decision. If they want to risk their own life, fine. However, they have no right to risk the lives of other people in their vehicle or sharing the road.

This has been airing on tv here for a while now, at least a week. I always drive with my phone in my purse and my purse behind the center console. No phone call, text, or post is worth it. It may be silly, but when she was still on the air I signed Oprah's pledge to not text and drive. It holds me accountable, since I pledged to not do it.

That was insane! We got back from our vacation last week and I saw tons of people driving and on their cell phones in states where it is banned! It's just like drunk driving; when are people going to say enough is enough?

That video is so powerful to me. I get very frustrated at stop lights when you see people texting. DH made up a sign to hold up saying "Stop a Texting and drive." He said he was going to hold it up at stop lights. I told him the possibility of road rage was too great and I wanted him around. So he isn't going to use it.

We were on vacation last week and we drove about 1500 miles. We spend a week in and around Nashville. Since DH drives a large pickup truck we sit up high. I can see what everyone's doing. I have to watch the road as much as him because of all the people on their phones in some sort. At least staring at the screens. Seriously at least 50% of people that passed us or we passed were on their phones. It's crazy. I also noticed that the average number of crashes per "rush hour" was 9 on the Waze app.
I don't think an ad like this will make any impact. People think they can do two things at once. " Do it all the time, no problem." Right? They're not going to stop.
I also can't figure out why car Mfg put touch screen radios in. You have to look at the screens to figure out what you're doing. Don't tell me people aren't staring at those either. And why do cars need WIFI???
It's beyond crazy out there.
