My 15yr old dd is working as a camp counsellor at a day camp this summer. Tonight when I picked her up she asked if we could stop at the bookstore on the way home. I asked why. She said she wanted to buy an adult colouring book. And in that very special way only a teenager can with an eye roll. It's the in thing Mom! All the counsellors have one. It de-stresses us after working with kids. I said I know I have friends who have been colouring for a while. She was shocked I would actually know about it. LOL. So thanks ladies for keeping me informed and on the cutting edge

LOL!
My husband asked me if I wanted one a few days ago. I guess there was an article in the newspaper. He was kind of surprised when I told him, 'I've been considering it.'

Congrats! You are now, "The cool mom". Enjoy it while it lasts. Next week you will be the "painfully out of touch, embarrassing Mom". I kid.

I like the idea of using it to unwind as your daughter mentioned! I will have to get one for my husband to unwind after a stressful day at work! I may have to get one for my brother too. He was such an artist as a child.

What do you color these with? Crayons, colored pencils, markers?
