DS needs a larger flash drive. He wants to pick it out and wants something a little different. Where can I find some fun, but not too expensive flash drives? He is still into Legos, video games, the card game Magic and has no problem with bright colors.
TIA

I've seen really cute ones at office stores (Office Max?) and Best Buy. And by cute I mean things like skateboards and figures and stuff.

Search on Amazon for "Lego Flash Drive." Lots of cute ones came up for me.

I don't know what they have right now; but, I've seen cute ones in the past at Staples.

Here are some cute ones. My favorites are the O.P.I. nail polish one and the MAC lipstick one.

I've had a lot of "cute" flash drives go south on me. I've had better luck with plain name brands. Make sure he backs up his work.

Any cute one I have ever had quits. The plain jane basic ones last forever.
DS has a Gorilla drive. I have washed it several times by accident. Still works great. They are not expensive either.

I don't use my flash drive to store things on permanently. I mainly use it to transfer files from one computer to another. I have an external hard drive that I store things on, but even those files are backed up on at least one other computer…
FTR, I have about 10 flash drives, and yet I can never find one when I need one.

I wouldn't ever store anything on a flash drive. I only use them to 'transport' files from one computer to another.
I couldn't resist the Looney Tunes, Tweety and Sylvester drives when I saw them in the store - in fact Tweety's head is currently sitting in my DVD player! They are EMtec brand:

Thank you. It is more so his info is portable. We are setting him up with a computer for school and all his information will be stored on that and on a special drive for the school. So it will be in 2 places to begin with. He knows that sometimes he take move info from one computer to another. Many kids have the same flash drive and he wants one that stands out a bit. Flash drives have also been known to be stolen and when they all look alike...
Thanks for the ideas. We will share with him and let him choose.
