So I bookmarked the site and meant to start, and work/life got insane. The calendar is starting to get cleared up for a bit, so I decided I wanted to look into it again. She's at day 83. Will she start over again after 90 days, so I shouldn't bother and just wait for a week, or will she leave those 90 days up if someone started late? Just wondering... You can just start at the beginning. You don't have to go along with her as she releases the videos.
I am working through BBM 1.0, which she released last year, I believe. You can choose 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, or the current 4.0. They're all up on her YouTube channel.

I did day 1 of 4.0 yesterday and she mentioned a muffin top ab workout in a members only section, but I could not find it on YouTube. Does she have a different site or how would I sign up for that?

Up in the right corner of her home page is a "Join Now" tab. It's I think $1.99 Canadian per month and less than that for American. The member section includes the ab workouts which are all about 5 minutes and there is some content which isn't ready to go yet but she's working on it. The couples workout looks fun! I'm not doing the workouts every day since I run mainly and use this for cross training but I really enjoy them and the fact that they are only 20 minutes makes it really hard to talk myself out of doing them.
