My dh and I saw a smokeless grill in a store in Germany. He was very interested in it and I thought I would get it for his birthday but we noticed that the charcoal or what ever it was, was also made there and we had never heard of a smokeless grill and since we were moving back here, I figured I would wait and look here.
I would love to know what people think about them, the one we saw was not cheap (200 euros) for the size it was so if it is not worth it, I do not want to waste the money.

I'm not sure I understand the concept.
If you want smokeless, all propane grills are smokeless. The only smoke from them is when the fat from the food drips and ignites, but that will happen on any grill regardless of the fuel. Why not just go with propane?
Some people prefer grilling on charcoal grills, but that is because the smoke imparts flavor to the food. A smoke-free charcoal grill wouldn't impart flavor, so I don't understand why anyone would go through all the trouble of a charcoal fueled grill if it weren't for the extra flavor.

This is the one we looked at lotus We liked that it could be on the table (we had just been at a Korean BBQ restaurant where they grilled at our table

This was in one of the comments on the video you linked (and I totally agree). I think you could just use an indoor grill or a gas grill if you're outside.
