I have a serious black eye. Day three since I fell and this morning it worse than yesterday. I'm sure it will stick around for a couple weeks. I'm not much of a make up person. What concealer will work best for me. Oh yeah, and I have to get my driver's license renewed. Great timing.

I have no recommendations. Just had to say how sorry I feel for you having to have your pic done so you can carry around a reminder of your fateful day for a few years. You know in case you should maybe forget.

Hard Candy's Glamoflauge is a good, full coverage concealer that isn't a ton of money. I think it is around $7 for a tube and you get it at Wal-Mart.

Drivers license pictures suck anyway.
I think it's dermablend that is good for covering strawberry patches and scars so that might help. Stage make up too.
Elf makes a foundation stick that makes a great concealer. Creamier than a lot of sticks. I think patting on a stick will cover better than any of the liquids.
You might try another color underneath to cancel some of the color first. Green is good for red. I think it's yellow for purple? Not an expert so maybe someone else can chime in.
You could also go to a make up counter for help. I think the key is to have enough to hide but not so much it cakes or wrinkles.

that's for the suggestions. took them to Ultra and had them fix me up. expensive black eye for someone that doesn't really wear makeup, but I'll probably go through it before the eye is healed.

Thanks! just did that. won't be here before mine expires, but I assume the receipt is sufficient. No black-eyed picture.

I bruise easily, my doctor recommended using Arnica gel. It cuts the bruising time down and makes it just feel better. You can get it at Walgreen, CVS, Walmart. If you do; make sure you get the GEL not the cream. Gel is easier to rub in.
