Hi everyone! We recently had a super fun happy hour hosted by doesitmatter and I've decided to initiate another one! I can't promise that it will be quiet as good but will try to post a pile of threads, both scrappy and chatty in an effort to match the last one! i'll start HH on Saturday August 15th from 9:30-10:30 EST (internationals, look for an NYC clock!) with the hope that people may play along then or check in throughout the weekend! Please play along and post if you're around! ETA. 9:30 a.m. EST.... But pop in when you can! |

Thank you for hosting I'll try to make you proud! It may work better on a weeknight but I thought it was worth starting something for August! Somehow things are more predictable in September as all the kids evening activities etc. change! |

I think a happy hour is a great idea. I can also help with that weekend crop think in November that was mentioned.

Count me in! Are we talking am or pm on Saturday? I'm on Pacific Time, so it will be at 6:30 for me, probably a little early for cocktails if it's am, even for mimosas.  But hey, if everyone else is there, why not? |

But hey, if everyone else is there, why not? My theory was that I would start it at 9:30 a.m. and that way everyone could pop in over the weekend as time allows! I will make a point to come back between 9:30-10:30 p.m. If we are having a cocktail hour! |

I thought it was always 5 pm somewhere Starting at 9:30 am is a terrific idea as it gives everyone a chance to pop in and out throughout the day. |

Thank you for taking this on! I will be out all day (dawn to bed) because it's my aunt's 50th wedding anniversary and a big family do. But I may pop in on my phone to say "Hi" and may well answer questions the next day because I found the last go-round so interesting!!!
