Finally Canadian Mike's carried them. It's the Becky Higgins one but it was 40% off plus 25% off so $18. Woo hoo.

Awesome deal! I pulled the plug online in the spring (pre-freeze) because I thought my Canadian Mike's would never get them in!

LisaDV , I'm really glad that I got it. I've really only used it to make shaker shapes and tags to decorate some gifts though. I like to play around ! My intention when I got it was to seal up some pockets in my PL and I haven't done that yet.

Michael's had a coupon for 25% off including sale items but it was only from 9 am- 1 PM Saturday. It may still be possible for you in BC! |

Online coupon for 25%. It was in project life section. Run there. You still have 2 hrs.

LisaDV , I didn't find the learning curve too steep....the first thing I did was just play with a squished page protector that I had to get the hang of it. Sometimes I feel like the hole in the metal ruler that comes with it is more trouble than it's worth and I'm just as happy to use a straight edge. I did also watch some youtube videos before I bought it but I can't even remember what hints they had (I'll return to post if anything comes back to me).

Thanks, alittleintrepid. I know the frugal crafter had one on using a wood burning tool instead and she had some great tips. Maybe I'll get an extra tip and try it out first. |
