Iris boxes if it's something with a lot of different pieces / parts, or large Ziploc bags that are in a project carrier with a handle. I can fit a page kit into a large zipper bag that holds the papers, my photos, any sketches, embellishments, etc. and keeps it all together.
My biggest thing is now making sure I writing note for myself for when I go back to the project later- I started adding a lot of post-it notes to the layouts and it's helped me immensely. (notes like: 'add embellishments to this area' with an arrow drawn on a pencil sketch of the layout, or 'cut title using Cameo' or 'use this paper for accents')
^^^ because I can go for months in between working on something, and invariably I never have the sketch, Pinterest page, magazine photo, etc. with my layout after that amount of time and my memory has gone to heck!
I have to write things down too. Quick layout sketch, journaling thoughts as they pop in my head, title possibilities, etc.
If you are looking for something to hold your layout as is, and keep all pieces in place, check out the Scrap Easel. I use it to hold my pages as I am working on the individual elements pieces it and to play with the layout, but the video says you can travel with it. Warning...these magnets are super strong. As in, possible surgery to remove strong. So be very aware with children and animals.
Glad ad your mojo is back, have fun!
