ACOT meaning A Cherry On Top. I was looking for "train" stuff for a scrapbook page about my DS and dog training pads came up. Is there some craft use for these or are they really selling pet supplies now? I'm confused...

This is making me giggle uncontrollably. And when you click on one of the training pads, there are related items with a bunch of other pet supplies. What the heck?

"Lil Squirts" training pads?!? dog chains, and a dog training book?? It reminds me of when some Chinese or European sellers would try and get onto Etsy place and sell cars...

perhaps a little catnip to use as an embellishment on my next cat page?? LOL!! catnip page on ACOTETA: It looks like they ARE selling dog and cat supplies-- if you click on the down arrow for 'shop by' dog supplies and cat supplies come up as choices. I hadn't realized scrapbooking was going down the tubes quite that much...

They been selling all sorts of stuff for a while now. As long as they keep selling papercrafting supplies and the service doesn't go down, they can keep selling anything they want. I want my online LSS(s) to stay in business!

I don't know if they still are, but they had pool supplies advertised one time when I was shopping over there.
But yeah, I don't mind what else they sell as long as they still sell scrappy stuff!

I read or heard somewhere that they have an Amazon shop. I couldn't find the store myself (are they called Stickers Galore or something?). If so, it would make sense that they distribute other things or at least wouldn't seem so strange to me. I agree with the comment that I want my online LSS to stay in business!

Yes, they have been selling lots of other things lately. I have only ordered from them once this year (in May). I really don't shop there anymore.

Since they changed the amount of points you can use on an order PLUS their shipping rates, I haven't ordered since last summer. That is a year ago and I was a fairly decent spender. (I am The Prima Lady). Maybe I am just one customer, but if they alienate all their customers they will get the idea. I am not holding a grudge. I love their store and website. I search it *daily* and follow their preorders and recent arrivals. I just can't afford to spend that kind of money and not get a decent rewards program.

I haven't ordered from the for a while (I'm kind of in a scrapping slump) what changed in their shipping?
I just thought it was a weird combo, scrapbook stuff and pet supplies... what if you bought paper and it came smelling like dog biscuits? Ewww.

I've been a long time buyer from ACOT (and long time lurker of the Peas) and I noticed on the non-scrap items, most everything states that it takes an extra 2-3 days to ship. That makes me believe they don't keep those items on hand in their warehouse.

This just made me laugh. I hadn't actually noticed they sell other stuff - I just look at the scrapbooking relating products. But I haven't ordered in a while because the shipping rates have really gone up ;(

I only shop there. No other online shops have the selection and I also really love the interface. I don't care what they sell as long as they keep selling new lines.
I typically only buy when there is a 20% off coupon and they often have 1/2 off shipping too.

I have found that some of their prices are a little higher than Scrapbook.com but I'd rather shop from one store and pay shipping just once (which offsets the price dif) plus they send out lots of 20% off coupons and I usually have points I can use for more of a discount.
