Since they knew they were changing plans and people were going to panic, why didn't they have more staff worning?

Does anyone know about being grandfathered in to an old plan with unlimited data??? Will it change now?

Not sure why their staff is not up to date. I did an online chat yesterday and was asking questions about what changes will happen after this week and wanted to know if I should up grade now. She said she is not sure about the new changes but would be happy to help me upgrade. That made me question why they didn't know about the changes and why she was wanting me to upgrade now. I think I will wait until the dust settles. The staff should have been prepared for questions about the changes

I called first thing Monday morning, after all of the weekend buzz and hearing about it on the news. The person I talked to had not heard of the change! It's like they were purposely keeping their staff in the dark so they wouldn't panic.
