I ordered a personalized planner a few months ago. I had to go through a whole (fun!) process of choosing cover and calendarpages and colours etc. When the planner arrived, I was a bit surprised, because I thought I had chosen a different calendar layout than what was in it. So I emailed the company and asked if I had gotten the correct layout. A lovely customer service rep told me that I had indeed chosen the layout I had received. I must have forgotten which layout I ordered. But she said to make up a new planner, and they would ship it out to me absolutely free. It was incredibly nice of them! I was the one who messed it up, and they were sending me a new one for free! So I gave the planner with the 'wrong' layout to my DD, who has been craving one. They are pretty pricey, so there was no way I was buying one for an 8-year old. But I was getting one for free now, so she got to keep the first one. She is still over the moon about it! I suspect they had a look at my purchase history and saw that not only have I bought planners from the for years, but I also buy 3 giftcards every Christmas for my nieces, so I am a pretty good customer. Not so sure they would send a free planner to a first time customer. Or maybe they would So I make up the new planner and wait. And wait. After about three weeks I send an email to the CS rep asking if it had been sent out. (We are coming close to the new schoolyear, and I understand that my free planner didn't get priority as I am sure they are busy this time of year!) She got back to me within an hour (on a Saturday night) telling me the planner had been sent out July 26th, so it should be right around the corner. Today is August 12th, and it STILL hasn't arrived! I had planned on using it from August 1st. Would it be rude of me to send another email asking if they had got my planner returned in the mail? Or just tell them it hasn't arrived? I feel so rude harping on about it as they are sending me this planner absolutely free of charge.

Since I know you will be polite in your inquiry, it seems like contacting them again would be fine. In that you spend a good deal of money with them yearly, I'm sure they want you to receive the replacement planner.

No. I don't think it is rude to send another email. I wouldn't ask them if it has been returned, because it doesn't matter. You ordered it and you don't have it.
Just ask. Enough time has passed that maybe something happened.

Not rude. I would tell them I hadn't received it and ask them to check the tracking on it.

I don't consider it rude at all. Time has passed, enough time for it to have made it to your house and then some. Something probably happened in the shipment. They should be able to tell if they had a tracking number on it. I would call again and just be polite when you ask. The way you have phrased everything in your post makes me believe you would be nothing but polite.

I'm in the market for a new planner, and yours looks like a good one. I clicked on the link, but I couldn't get it to display in English. Is anyone else having the same problem, or is it my computer?
BTW, no, I wouldn't consider you rude to follow up on this.

There should be an English/American flag in the left handcorner maybe to change it to English? I know they have had some issues with their website, so if the page won't load, try again later.

Was it a Plum Paper Planner? just curious I'd just be apologetic and say something along the lines of "hey, I hate to bug but I haven't received the package. Can you please help me track it?"

Try looking for an English/American flag in the left hand corner of the webpage to translate it Whenever I click on the option for the United States, nothing happens. I tried several other countries and nothing happens for them either. I don't even know what to google to see if I can get there another way.

If it's coming from Norway, it could take longer. I don't think another email would be rude but I would be asking for the tracking number

It will be a different URL Thanks I'll see if I can find it. I'm in Norway, so all my default settings are set to Norway, but I know I have seen the page in English. My nieces always make up a photocollage of pictures of their friends and have as their cover for these planners. I love that you can use your own photo as a cover!

scrappinghappy I found a Youtube-review of these planners, and the web-adress for the planners are in the title. It's personal-planner.com I couldn't get in to their website, they are having some issues with their server being overworked according to their FB-page.

So cute! If I wasn't in love with "rings and strings" I would absolutely order one of these. And I'm on the "not rude" bench.
