Taco Soup: (from Jen7079)
1 lb ground turkey ( I usually do 99% ff) 2 cans Rotel 2 can corn niblets 1 can pinto beans 1 can black beans 1 package taco seasoning 1 package ranch dressing 1 cup water
in a pot brown the ground turkey and drain any excess grease open all cans and add (do NOT drain) to turkey add seasonings and water stir really well. Bring to a boil and it is ready to eat
If you are doing Weight Watchers it is 2 points per 8 oz. This is so good and a great alternative to chili.
