Whilst the gardening is .... interesting(?!!) the house and the paint job is so fab. It looks like a happy, welcoming house. But who is it welcoming? Could those bushes be a signal? Bwahaha!

Perhaps the house belongs to the glass bead making person from the thread a couple of days ago? The one with the interesting anchor My mind wandered back to Lenny Kravitz, but yeah, the bead maker is probably a better guess...lol Does it snow there? Because I can't imagine a fresh layer of snow would improve them much... Going to have to say they're definitely growers though...

It's like the house is being guarded by penis trees. I'd say it would be an excellent deterrent for bad guys.

I've seen similar in our area. I always assumed they were caused by deer snacking and not being able to reach the tops. This is correct

Nope, it really wasn't. They were the same shape when they were much smaller and short enough to be browsed entirely by deer. (image from Google Maps) Not to mention when deer eat a shrub, they strip it to the branches, they don't leave it evenly pruned all the way around with still plenty of greens on the low branches. Plus, deer very rarely eat evergreens around here as there is plenty of more palatable greenery for them to eat year-round. Huh. Well that's just weird then. I see this exact thing in my parents' neighbourhood and it's definitely the fault of the deer. I find it super weird that that's a shape someone would be....going for. Huh I stand corrected

Best post all day! This is 100% intentional! Those all need to get yanked out of there tho', they are 1) ugly, 2) too tall and blocking the windows, 3) did I mention ugly?
I can't tell from the pic, are they on the property of the Victorian home or on the neighboring property as protest for the color scheme?
