My friend is putting in an order and as she has supported me in the past on home parties, I want to place an order but have absolutely no experience with Mary Kay Products. Can anyone make a recommendation for me?

I highly recommend Mary Kay eye-make-up remover.

Their facial cleaning cloths are my favorite of any company. I'm not sure what they're called, but I ise them in the shower every morning!
I also like the Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover.

I don't wear makeup (once in a while a coat of CoverGirl mascara if I have too...)...
But I do love MK unscented hand lotion (Satin Hands). That stuff is THE BEST. It doesn't leave a residue, greasy feel, or funky smell (and I am not opposed to scented lotions and potions). It really helps my dry hands in the winter.
I have the Satin Hands kit - it has a scrub, the regular lotion, and a really thick lotion that you leave on over night. I am not real faithful about doing that, but if your hands are super dry in the winter, a coat of that bear grease (hand softener) overnight really works.
It comes in Peach and vanilla scent also. Go for the unscented. At one time you could buy mini kits of it - those are just great for little gifts or stocking stuffers. They would be great for a little teacher gift.

I have given the mini kids as gifts as well, they tend to be well received.

Oh... I will take a mini kid! Mine have all flown the nest. As long as it is trained! LOL Ooops...perhaps a Freudian slip on my part? I have one that has flown the nest and one who will be shortly. I have been getting all maudlin and moping over pictures lately of when they were mini kids and missing that age. It was supposed to be mini KITS. But mini kids is funnier.

I love their tinted moisturizer. I think the mascara is great also but it does not make your lashes super thick looking. More of a darker longer version of what you already have. The mint foot cream is lovely, also.

Love their satin hands, they do sell an unscented version if scent bothers you. I keep it in the shower and use it religiously in the dark heart of winter when it gets so cold my hands chap. It's the only product I've found that keeps them smooth. I also use their foundation, and have found it to be one of the only ones that works with my skin.

Visibly Fit lotion. I use it daily on my face, neck and upper chest. I'll never be without this stuff!

I use all MK stuff. The cleansers and the Time Wise stuff I swear by (my skin isn't that old-looking, if I do say so myself!). The Satin Hands is GREAT - I use the lotion daily and love my hands.
Highly recommend everything they have.

Satin Hands is great. I also like the Sheer Mineral Pressed Powder and the eye makeup base.

The only eye make-up remover and mascara I use. I have super sensitive eyes and oily lids. This is the only mascara I've found that doesn't flake or go raccoon on me.
