I'm overwhelmed by the choices and reviews on amazon. I don't want a countertop or kitchen aid attachment; I don't have the room. Do you have a hand held version you like?

THE ORIGINAL ZOODLE SLICER--we got it ''on special'' for 6.49 from Amazon--now 12.99. It works great, like a giant pencil sharpener.

I have this one, too. It works great but if you're zoodling for a family, it takes awhile to twist all of those veggies. I'm thinking about getting a Paderno-just found one on ebay for $24.11 with free shipping. I know it's going to take up room.

We have Vegetti and it works pretty easily and quickly. Good luck finding something you like.

I have a regular old julienne peeler. Cheap, easy to use,and store. I didn't know how much I'd actually make zoodles out of things and didn't want to make a huge investment in something. And I don't use it a ton. I make zucchini noodles once in a while. So it was a perfect choice.
