Oh, that is sad. The man kept me sane during my divorce. Such an inspiration he was.

Oh, what a loss for those of us left on "this side" of things! God bless him on this new leg of his journey. He certainly blessed the world while he was here.

I had a cassette of one of his motivational speeches that I listed to over and over in 1984 that got me through a terrible marriage and subsequent divorce. Some of his words still resonate with me.
He should have had the fame of Dr Phil because he really changed lives.

Oh no, so sad! This man really helped me tremendously, even though I never met him or saw him in person. His book "Your Erroneous Zones" honestly changed my life and made me a happier person. RIP, Dr. Dyer, I hope you have found your source.

"Your Erroneous Zones", a book he wrote at the beginning of his public career was huge. Then the trend was "I'm Okay. You're Okay". I think Wayne Dyer was instrumental in starting the self-help culture.

It certainly was a shock. But after I explored his astrology chart to yesterday's chart I felt better about it cause there was much significance to the aspects. He was my favorite inspirational teacher. I was hoping to have met him someday, but I guess it is meant to happen in another realm.

I was shocked and sad to see it on his FB page yesterday. I had to reread it about 3 times. So, so sad.

I honestly don't know much about him. I saw him on the Oprah network and he seemed too new age-ish to me. I guess I could try reading one of his books based on comments here.

Even after clicking the link I still am clueless who he is. I noticed that 3 of my former coworkers (rn's back in canada) liked his page.
Now Wes Craven dying was a bit of disappointment for me being such a horror movie fan.

I'm too new age-ish and my boyfriend avoids it like the plague yet he was able to watch a full show of his Here's his movie The Shift that's available for free for the next 7 days in tribute for him from his family to fill his wish of having 3 million watch it. I watched it loved it and it's not that "out there" ( and trust me I know when something is "out there" ( and yeah I do love those too ) ) it's one of those movies that send a personal message that has individual meaning. www.drwaynedyer.com/the-shift-movieAnd did anyone see that he sent his reccomendation to one of our very own? She's the owner of the Brave Girls Club, I thought that was so awesome

As much as I credit him with being a real influence on my life, it is all based on the one book which many people have mentioned, YEZ. He changed quite a bit over the years and I never found anything else he wrote had that kind of impact. His later stuff was way too new-agey for me.

I'm not sure if that was movie was shown on her network or not. You know when people give you their reccomendation? Is that the right word? Like this one guy who created a book with his poetry and photography called: "I may not always know my path but I keep walking" had Wayne's testimony on how he loved this book. Isn't that called a recommendation? So I saw on his page once on facebook that he gave a shout out to Melody Ross with the Brave Girls club. So is the book he wrote: "I can see clearly now" new agey? It's about him seeing the deeper or higher meaning behind the happenings in his life. I remember joking to my boyfriend that the first parts of his book is "safe" and "reality proof" It's the seeing clearly now parts that pass that boundary. I actually have fun seeing if I can tell the higher meaning when I read his stories, it's good exercise for my consciousness to expand

I loved him. I was saddened for his family to hear of his passing. His book, "The Power of Intention" was one of my favorite books and I read a lot. I loved how he wanted to give back and was involved with PBS. His life story was fascinating too.

His family has convinced amazon to reduce his e books to $1.99 until the end of this month. I loved them and they were positive to me. I can see how to some it could be. What was Your Erroneous Zones about?
