Has anyone tried this? It is amazing!! We buy 3 or 4 bags at a time and eat it several times a week. I've taken it to every potluck I've been to this summer and everyone raves about it.

what is in it? I love the Trader Joe's Kale salad. That has raw kale, sliced almonds, dried cranberries, scallions and edamame

hmm..no I haven't, but it sounds good. I do enjoy Guy Fieri's BBQ Chicken salad & the Asian Chicken salad from Costco.

We eat a couple of bags per week too! I love that it has shaved Brussel Sprouts in it. So yummy!

Let's see.. it has kale, shaved brussels sprouts, green cabbage, chicory, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and the most interesting thing is this - have you ever peeled the stalks of broccoli and then eaten it? It is very good. Not woody cause you peel off the hard outer layer. Well this salad has that inner layer of the broccoli basically julienned. Sooo gooood.

ooh, that sounds delish! I may have to try making it. I love kale, Brussels sprouts, etc. What kind of dressing? Is it sweet like the poppyseed dressing we put on spinach salad?

Agree, it is YUMMY! you can buy smaller bags at Publix also. Naturally it is more expensive per ounce at Publix, but for that are near a Publix, but not a Costco, this may be an option. I have taken it to a potluck and the platter was scrapped clean! I think someone even tried to lick the platter......just kidding  |

Yes, it is a sweet dressing. It comes with two pouches for the whole bag, but I hate overdressed salad and only use one pouch and it is perfect! |
