Dh and 2 of his golf buddies recently had their credit cards hacked. They played a course 3 weeks ago and since then the hacks took place. DH called the golf course and the manager said they have a company trying to figure out how they were hacked. He admitted that *quite a few* people were hacked but didn't give numbers. DH told him he needs to send out an email to the membership telling people to check their CC statements. I think they should have to alert the police about the hack! I'm ready to call our local paper and tell a reporter to get the story out there. What would you do?

Call my cc company and let them deal with it.

Call my cc company and let them deal with it. They've already sent DH a new card. I don't think they will do a thing as it's small potatoes. I'm more concerned about getting the word out. This is a city-owned course so I would think they would be obligated to let people know. Maybe I'm wrong.
