Hi -
I've been scrapping for over a decade but have really been in a scrapping slump lately. I used to love to get my monthly magazines and sit down once the kids were in bed and read them cover to cover. I got tons of inspiration from them. But sadly, they're all gone. I know there are a few on-line magazines but I've lost track of the websites.
Would you please share blogs and/or on-line magazines that you know of that are devoted to scrapbooking and card-making? If there were any that also talk about pages/cards made with the cricut, that would be great too!!
I seriously need some inspiration to get my butt in gear and start scrapping some of my gazillion pictures.
Thanks!!

I know Scrapbook Generation has an online magazine. I think it's called Create. There should be a link from their website.

I miss the magazines, but have to admit I was getting upset with the style. So me the layouts were so complex with so many adornments and a few pictures. It was a style that you could use occasionally but that's all they had.

Check out Issuu.com, and do a search. There are quite a few scrapbooking related online magazines on there and they are all free! Create is on there, so is Jot, Storytelling, Life Paper Scrapbook, Embellished and I'm sure there are others. I have their app on my iPad.

Not a blog/magazine, but YouTube has a ton of inspiration! There is a thread in this forum with a list of some YT scrappers: link

My first thought is, the gentleman in your profile photo is VERY inspiring I had no idea those online sources existed, thanks ladies! For me, I look through my photos and papers/goodies to see what jumps out at me to work with. Nice to know there is still more available.

I love Jot magazine, and tend to watch more YT videos more than anything... Most blogs have Intagram accounts now and I find that, and Pinterest, a quick way to see a bunch of pictures of layouts...

My first thought is, the gentleman in your profile photo is VERY inspiring LOL - I agree!! Wish he was mine but that's Sam Heughan - he plays Jamie Fraser in the Outlander series.

Ah I opened this thread and was like "ooh Jamie!" Nothing real constructive to add. I am in the midst of watching all of Season 1.
If you have a smartphone/apps, you can search hashtags like #scrapbook or #scrapbooking on Instagram. It's sort of a quick reference. I also look on Pinterest too.
I hear ya on the slump, I seem to go through it more often than not anymore. Hope you find some inspiration!

scrapbook.com has millions of projects in their gallery ( altered items, cards, layouts, scraprooms, mini albums, etc I find lots of stuff I want to make there. I also use Pinterest too. I miss my magazines too . I am so grateful to have the online stuff since we can't get mags anymore.
