There are so few threads on each page! It's against my lazy nature, and God forbid I wear out my index finger (!), but I'm making an effort to view three pages of threads when I visit. Step#2 is to try to comment on one of the buried ones.
I like that people are starting to post business-as-usual threads, but there's so much activity (understandably) on the new-forum-home threads, the other threads slip quickly into oblivion.
Yeah, I know; I could be saving whales, not threads. We all have our talents.

I typically post from work (I know, bad Jo) but I'm currently up to my ass in work so that I can take a 4-day weekend for Canada Day. I love that the board is moving so fast but I feel bad that I'm not giving some posts the attention they deserve.
Tomorrow.

It's nice to have so many new threads to choose from, though!

It's nice to have so many new threads to choose from, though! It reminds me of the good old days when I first came to Two Peas. Threads dropped off the first page in a few hours. Two Peas had gotten so slow lately that the same old threads were on the first page for days. I love all the new activity. I hope it stays that way on this board for a long time.

I like the volume of posts too. But like dalai mama, I'm super busy for the next couple of days so I am not going to be able to participate on some topics I would love to respond to. At least, that's the plan anyway.... and if I do show up and stay too long, tell me to go finish my stuff!
I do want to learn all the things we can do differently on this board. I like everything I've found so far. Inserting photos, websites, and quotes is so much easier. I like the bigger icons to show faces of peas better.
And I really like that there are a lot of lurkers that are saying they plan to post and participate more on this board. All in all, I don't see any downside to the bucket closing and forcing us to find a better place where we set the rules and there are no rules that didn't make sense or were used in some situations and ignored in another identical situations.

I think all the lurkers coming out of hiding is my favorite part of this move. That and spell check!

I'm a former lurker and have vowed to be more active on here--but I'm also super busy at work right now. I will be back, though!

I got so i\used to 2Peas being slow, that I am quite overwhelmed here and am missing a TON since some threads have multiple pages. :-P
