Someone gave us a bunch of zucchini. So I shredded it, measured it out into 2 cup portions, and froze it. I went to make something that calls for 2 cups but when I thawed it, there was a lot of liquid (it said to drain it if frozen so I did) and there was only about 1 cup left. So I thawed another package and added it. It's cooking now but should I have just used the one package? Up until now I've only baked with it freshly grated and there's nothing to drain.
