What's everyone packing?
Today I gave zucchini noodles with cheese sauce, fake chicken, and (likely) the last tomato from our garden. Dinner is celery sticks and peanut butter.

DS wants a turkey and lettuce sandwich (no mayo) every day this week. I gave him some applesauce with it this morning. I have a huge bunch of small carrots to peel, so everyone will be getting those. DH took turkey (with mayo), tomato, avocado, and lettuce. I gave him two nice local peaches to go with it. I'm having leftover stuffed eggplant with shrimp today

My lunches pale by comparison!
DD (famously picky eater) has popcorn, crackers, strawberries, pineapple, chocolate covered raisins.
DS has the same but swap oranges for the strawberries and he also has a few slices of salami.
I will probably run home for lunch today and polish off the last bit of last night's dinner, baked potato soup.

I had about 10 minutes in between driving home from our country house and having to leave for work so I had a boring old grilled cheese and some cookies, lol.
Tomorrow I will probably grab a salad from somewhere as I have to drive my dad home from an eye appointment and I'm probably going to be short on time again. Argh.
