Kids can have the funniest sense of humors, and I always laugh when I see how one of my boy's has his family named in his contacts. Currently, his brother is Spawn of Satan, his father is Satan, and I am Satan's ex-Minion.  He changes it on a whim, but it is always funny. How about you? How are you listed in your kid's contacts? |

I am "Birth Giver" on my son's Touch but I think just Mom on his plain phone. He should be getting an iPhone sometime in the next three months, so we'll see what he does for everyone then.
edited to fix ~ apparently I can't put iOS emoticons in here. After Birth Giver is the blonde lady with her hand flat like she's holding a tray. :-)

In DD's I am Mamma Bear, in Ds's I am Mombocat (I have no idea why. I just go with the fact he is a 12 yr old weirdo LOL)
In mine they are listed as Baby Bear and Petebo (his name is Peter) DH is honey bear.

I was trying to iMessage my 10yo son one day but couldn't find him in my contacts. That's because he'd gotten into my phone and changed his own name to something like "My Funny Handsome Amazing Son". I can't tell you how I'm listed in my daughter's phone, because it would give away my last name. Suffice to say it is a little bit rude and a lot funny! Those who are friends with me on FB could probably work it out. DSO is listed as "The Big T" in my phone. I love some of the funny names listed here! |

My mom is just "Mom" with a yellow heart emoji.
My dad has like 5 different listings in my phone because I can never remember which number is his cell and which is his office number.

I was Madre on DD's for awhile, then she changed me to 'my maker'. No idea how I'm in DS's phone since it never leaves his hand anymore. I know 2 of their friends have me listed as 'other mother' and 'madre 2'.

On both my kids' devices I'm mommy with a red heart and kissy face emoji. My DH phone lists me as "my beautiful wife." Love it! On my phone my dd is her nickname and my DS is listed as "best boy ever!"
This thread makes me want to consider more creative options!

In an emergency, First Responders need to be able to find an emergency contact quickly. If it weren't for that, I would probably be listed as "The Boobed One" (it's a long story, and not at all insulting or creepy)

Ang Madre With my kids it is the picture that they put with my contact profile that changes and cracks me up. It's either a horrific picture of me or a meme I hate, or something else just to tease me. They are easily amused. |

Have no idea what my kids have. I know my oldest had the ringtone. It's your momma calling about nothing. It goes on and on. I think it is funny. My youngest changed her name to Favorite Daughter. Didn't tell me, she called and my mind went to oldest daughter as she is the most likely to do something like that. I do tease the younger that the older is favorite cause she moved out!!! (All in jest)

Just curious... are you Indonesian? No I'm not. We spent over 25 years as expats in the oil industry. Jakarta was one of our postings. DD was in middle school and decided that calling me Ibu was fun. Then she discovered back home that if she yelled Ibu in a large crowd, she'd get my attention! I see that you list yourself as Dutch-Indo Pea. Do you live in Indonesia or The Netherlands? Cute story about your daughter! My dad was Dutch and my mom was Indonesian (born in Jakarta). My older sisters and brother were all born in Indonesia and I was born in The Netherlands. I was 3 when we moved to the States. My dad worked for the Netherlands Embassy and was transferred here. |

I'm pretty sure I'm just "Mom" on both my kids phones. Neither are really fun or creative. Lol. BUT even after being with SO for almost 6 years I am " first name/maiden name/married name" He copied my name from Facebook when he met me; put it in his phone and never changed it.
