do you recommend? My glasses keep breaking and I want to replace them with plastic but I want nice ones that look like glass. Or is there some glasses that don't break so easily. What do you recommend?

I would LOVE to see the answer to this one. Every summer, I search Target for their plastic glassware, and every once in a while I find one I like, but they're always sold out, or just have two or three of each style. I want a plain, simple glass that holds 12-16 ounces. Why is that so hard to find? I wonder if a restaurant supply place might be an option?

Doesn't look like glass but I love my Tervis Tumblers.

What do you recommend? I bought some anchor hocking glasses at walmart. The only one I've broken was knocked off a table onto a cement patio. I have these www.anchorhocking.com/prodd_4971_cat_2_refresher_16_oz.html

I have some old fashioned milk glasses from Pottery Barn. In 5+ years, I've only broken one by dropping it on the tile floor from the shelf.

Do you have a Home Goods or Cost Plus World Market store nearby? I found a set of 8 clear plastic glasses at Home Goods that look like faceted cut glass in July for less than $10. Yesterday I found 6 footed water goblets that match for $12 at Cost Plus World Market

I gave up buying pretty glasses years ago and started using mason jars for glasses. I buy the colored ones. Cheap and easy to replace. DH is constantly breaking things, makes me batty, I've even switched to Corelle.
