The For Sale or Trade board is an area where members can trade with other members.
It is offered free of charge and for member use only. Access to the FSOT board is restricted to members with at least 50 posts (Junior Member rank) only. Spamming/post-whoring to reach the required number of posts will result in suspension of your account.
2Peas Refugees makes no guarantee regarding, and accepts no responsibility for, the trustworthiness or condition of any trades/listings on here, and we do not validate the listings. We will not be held liable for damages of any kind relating to any listing.
Sales and trades are made entirely at your own risk.
Each individual member is responsible for their listing and its contents.
No dealers, merchants or resellers. This board is for private trades only.
We reserve the right to terminate any listing at any time for any reason.

Restrictions of Use
Items can be sold, swapped, or given away.
Items that can be offered or requested are limited to: products for scrapbooking, card-making, papercrafting, stamping, and photography items only. You may not sell your own creations e.g. handmade cards.
Advertising the sale of illegal items, such as but not limited to narcotics, pornography, and other items deemed illegal, will result in the listing being deleted and member being immediately banned. Authorities may be notified of the member’s IP address as well.
Your information (including but not limited to any items listed) must not:
• be false, inaccurate or misleading;
• be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;
• infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
• violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, criminal law, anti-discrimination or trade practices/fair trading laws);
• be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing.
Your Obligations
All threads must include an asking price if offering an item for sale.
All items must belong to you or your household and be in your possession.
Once an offer is made and accepted, it should be considered final. Failure by either party to complete an agreed sale/trade may result in suspension from the site.
Goods remain the seller’s responsibility until buyer has confirmed receipt of the item.
It is the seller’s responsibility to ensure that mailed items conform to all legal requirements, including customs declarations where appropriate.
Playing it Safe
It is your responsibility to be careful when trading. If you see anything suspicious, please report the thread with any details you may have.
All buyers and sellers should undertake whatever checks are necessary to satisfy themselves that the other party is genuine. You are advised at a minimum to obtain a valid email address from the other party.
Personal details should not be added to any listings.
If using PayPal you should not use the gift payment/personal transfer option, as these are not eligible for Buyer/Seller Protection.
When mailing items you should use a shipping method that includes tracking and/or insurance.
Unresolved Trades
Traders with unresolved trades may be suspended or banned from using the FSOT board.
Members should attempt to resolve any issues prior to notification to moderators. In the event a member fails to return to the forum, you are advised to continue dialogue via the email address obtained from the member.
Moderators' Decisions
Requests made by moderators for further information must be responded to promptly. Failure to follow may result in account restrictions. Moderators’ decisions should be deemed as final.
Your Listing
You may have a maximum of two listings at any time – one for items offered, and one for items wanted. Each listing may include multiple items.
Your thread title must follow a standard format as follows:
Start the title with the type of trade, which should be either [OFFERED] or [WANTED]
Your region: [US][CA][UK][AU][GE] (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, etc)
Name of the item (or summary if you have multiple items/types)
Examples of a proper title:
[OFFERED] [US] 10 x Sizzix dies
[WANTED] [CA] Basic Grey Marrakech paper
If the items you've listed are pending - please edit your post to add PENDING to the end of your post title
If the items you've listed have sold and are no longer available - please edit your post to add: SOLD to the end of your post title
Your post should set out clearly:
• the type of trade you are offering e.g. sale, swap, giveaway
• your location
• an indication of postage costs (e.g. at cost, flat price, no charge), and whether there are any restrictions on where you are willing to post to
• the name and description of each item
• the condition of each item offered
• for swaps, what you would like to receive in return
You may include photos of each item in your post, but photos must be hosted on an external site. If you choose not to post photos in the thread, you should make them available to interested members on request.
Managing Your Listings
Once all items in your listing have been sold, and feedback has been left by both parties, you should contact a forum moderator to request that the thread is archived. Please include a link to both feedback posts in your request.
Feedback
All feedback should be left in the dedicated Feedback sub-board, where more detailed guidelines are available.
All feedback for an individual member should be in a single thread, with their username as the thread title. Please search the board for an existing thread for the member you are providing feedback for before starting a new one. Multiple threads for the same member will be merged.
Please make sure you leave clear and honest trading feedback for any trade you have completed. This helps good traders build a healthy reputation and warns others about the bad ones.
Feedback should only be left after a trade is completed, such as items paid for, exchange of items commenced etc. Please do not use it as a retaliatory tool at any time for any site issue, as that will result in a warning, suspension or your exclusion from the site altogether.
