Hey Survivors! So the tribes will break into three tonight ... it will be interesting to see how that works out I wonder if Kelley will have her immunity idol with her during the process so that it isn't left buried somewhere else My bff is coming over ... we drink wine on Wednesday nights and watch Survivor ... we are reality TV junkies

I am really excited for tonight's episode too!!
I wonder what Kelley will do if her immunity idol is left behind. Will she try to go back and get it or will she tell someone where it is.

I think Jeff has said that the players are clearly reminded that anything can happen in Survivor and that only their personal items are brought over if they change camps - anything hidden or buried is left behind.
Since one tribal council occurred immediately after the challenge, maybe Kelley takes it with her now?

I've got to think that after that first tribal council when they didn't get to go back to camp that they are all coming to challenges prepared.

Interesting show tonight. I dislike the older dude in purple shirt. And the older whiny dude on the new tribe. He irks me.
I feel for Spencer. Woo looked so shocked.
Next week looks painful.

Poor Woo, he always seems so confused. I just want to pat him on his head and say never mind, dearie. I LOVE the blindfold challenges. Always enjoy seeing them walk into things, or protecting various parts.

Abi always manages to survive just by the skin of her teeth!
And I'm amazed nobody saw whats-his-name grab that idol during the challenge. He was pretty obvious about it

I was really hoping Abi would be voted off. I am tired of listening to her. I love that shake up of the new tribes. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. I do feel for the tribe that got stuck with no shelter.

Woo's cluelessness may serve him well. While he was the only one who voted against the majority last night and despite Abi pointing out that he had now written her name down twice, he is an easy vote to bring along. He was only one decision away from winning when he was brought along last time!
I felt bad for the Angkor tribe - they got an unlucky draw. I haven't listened to any interviews yet, but I'll be interested to hear if they started off with no food at all. That seems to make the tribes horribly uneven. I think they are in a bad spot until the next tribe shuffle. I would think they will go back to 2 tribes at an even number - 16 or 14, possibly 12.

ugh. abi-marie is so awful. unfortunately, phei gee must be pretty clueless if she thinks they had a good thing. one of my kids has andrew and he seems pretty broken so not looking good for him. i was impressed with spencer, he is smart but also seems to be somewhat self-reflective, hopefully it serves him well. i felt bad for his girlfriend watching, hopefully he came home and told her he loved her, before that aired! i think joe, jeremy and spencer are my faves this season.

I think Abi was talking to Phi Gee (or however you spell her name) when she said, "you write my name down twice" as she walked away. She was rubbing it in that she was the one voted out while Abi herself was saved. At least that was how I saw it. And you know Abi. It just the sort of thing she would have done. I cannot stand Abi! Why oh why would they vote out Phi Gee (pardon my spelling if it's wrong) instead of Abi. Abi does nothing in camp and is pretty worthless in challenges. She is untrustworthy and worse is a loose cannon going of on tangents constantly, changing her mind left and right and cannot keep her mouth shut. That was the person to vote out last night. As sorry as I felt for that tribe at first for having to build a new shelter, part of that sorrow vanished when the majority of the members made that idiotic move to vote Phi Gee out last night. I really like Woo though. I hope he can last until they reshuffle the tribes.
Wow! Joe's new tribe really lucked out. They ended up with a lot of strong people and they proved it last night rushing that heavy wagon over those obstacles, and then Joe and oh gosh I can't remember who it was completed that puzzle in not time.
I'm still getting the people straight in my head, especially now with the tribe reshuffle. I love having the new idol switch with the players having to retrieve the idol at the challenges. Jeremy (is that who it was?) did a great job grabbing it last night while everyone else was so busy doing what they were doing, but I think it's like another Pea said, no one else really knows that idols are hidden there-except Kelly who already got hers, that they really have no idea to even look for anyone grabbing one. It's completely foreign to their minds. They are so completely focused on running that challenge that it is all they are thinking of.

It seemed odd that each tribe got four existing members and two outsiders.

what seemed really odd was that each tribe ended up with exactly 3 men and 3 women. It looked like Jeff offered the buffs completely randomly (instead of having the men and women pick from separate bags like they do sometimes) so it is a very, very small probability that it would have worked out exactly even like that.

It seemed odd that each tribe got four existing members and two outsiders. I thought it was also odd that each tribe ended up with 3 men and 3 women. I really don't think Survivor manipulates things the way some other reality shows do, and don't want to try figure out the probablity that the teams would all be 3/3, it just struck me as an unlikely outcome of random selection. It will be interesting to see if Spencer and Stephen work together and they are probably the two that benefited the most from the switch up. Angkor is a mess and the one least likely to successfully build a new camp. I get the feeling Ta Keo would have been in a new shelter by nightfall and Bayon would have done ok. With four on Angkor already having been through the emotional ups and downs of two tribals, I think they were the least emotionally ready players to handle the twist. Varner is playing like Chaos Kass this time around, constantly changing his alliances and manipulating the vote, but I don't think he has a longterm endgame. He is lucky the Abi/Peih-Gee drama distracted the vote away from him. If they end up going to tribal again next week I'd put money on him targeting and getting rid of Savage. Has anyone really explained the game to Woo? He just seems clueless to all the gameplay going on around him. Abi was definitely talking to him (she turned and looked at him), when she said "you put my name down twice", so we will see if Varner can rein her in from going after Woo. She does need a new drama target now the Peih-Gee is gone.

With baseball playoffs and The President's Cup being played I forced DH and DS to watch Survivor during dinner or it would have been Sunday before we got a chance to watch. Don't really have much to add that everyone else hasn't mentioned but am happy that Spencer has said those magical words to his girlfriend.

Abi is a psycho and the old dude in the purple shirt is just down right creepy. I'd be thrilled to see both of them go. I'd also love to see someone punch Abi out. One can dream! .

I really liked Jeff Varner on his original season. He was somewhat of a villain but fun to watch and not creepy back then. lol. He's kind of an ass now.

I like Varner too, and I think he has a lot of insight - despite looking like all he did was sleep on the beach after the challenge, he was spot on with his analysis of the situation. Based on that, he *should* be playing really, but he's playing really badly. He sees what's going on (and he's right) and yet still makes the worst decisions.
Again they are stupid for keeping Abi, at least with Pee-Geih they could've had some loyalty, if one of her alliance looks at Abi in the wrong way, she'll lose it and change her vote at the drop of a hat. She's so unreliable.

While I agree that Abi needs to go, ya gotta give her credit. She may go down in Survivor history as the person who should've gone home the most times but managed to hang on, lol.
Varner's ticking me off, too.
Poor Woo. He don't know.
Joe, Jeremy, Spencer & Kelley are my favorites at this point.
