We are heading out by plane to a rental at the beach. I have worked out 6 days a week for 20 weeks now. I refuse to break my mojo, and quite frankly I don't want to.
I do 2 days a week of lower body, cardio, and upper body following the Bikini Body Mommy format on You Tube.
Cardio and and lower body are covered. I need help coming up with 10 upper body exercises that I can do without weights.
So far I have... 1. Plank windmills 2. Push-ups 3. Tricep dips 4. Plank shoulder taps
any other ideas would be appreciated!

Find something to do pull-ups on. And I'll let you count those twice -- they're killers. Lol.

You can use gallons of water as weights.

Hovers Bear crawl Tricep pushups Sun salutations Punches - jab, cross, upper cut, hooks Plank punches Walking planks Side planks
An exercise band would be easy to travel with and would increase your options.

I would find an online workout video and do it from your phone.

Burpees? If you have access to a computer and Internet, i would recommend Fitness Blender , they have plenty of good routines. This upper body workout is really good and can be done without weights (or maybe with two 20oz soda bottles).

When I go on a beach vacation, I tend to get most of my exercise swimming and walking.
Otherwise, tabata jump squats, tabata push-ups, and burpees.

I would run or do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (I have it on my phone). It's quick. Friends are in Europe for six weeks and have the best videos/photos - Here we are running at the Eiffle Tower - Here we are running at Buckingham Place - Here we are running in Venice. My dream holiday is to run all over the world.

My dream holiday is to run all over the world. Oh my, that brings back memories. My dad did that when I was growing up. Everywhere around the world he went, he ran. He ran daily. And he did run around Buckingham Palace, the Eiffel Tower, etc. He always cracked me up!

Thank you all! I never understood how people could enjoy exercise, but now I get it. I ENJOY the way I feel! I have had a hard time seeing it. Yesterday I needed some motivation, so I did this spilt pic. Left is July 4th. The right was yesterday. A selfie with a student. She bought us matching shirts and we were both wearing them.

Good for you! Like another poster suggested, an exercise band would be great to take with you and hardly takes up any space.

What's the difference in day 1 for the 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 challenge, etc? Do I need to start with the 90 day 1.0 challenge? Also, can I just search YouTube for each day up 90 days? Thanks!!

I started with 4.0. You can search it on You Tube or go directly to her site. 1.0 and 2.0 were less "produced." The last two were very well done because she became more popular and had a production crew. For instance, the first one was more you following her daily workouts not something she specifically designed for others. Hope that helps.
