Ok DGD, who is turning 7, has decided that she wants a science kit for her bday. All DD told me was "nothing too extreme". Any ideas, websites? And not over $35-40 please! Oh and I told DD that I was going to get a chemistry set that bubbles- she ignored me-lol...
I've ordered toys from Fat Brain before- anything better?

Discover This has an excellent selection. They also have a half-way decent selection at Hobby Lobby and Michael's and you could use a coupon.

I highly recommend Steve Spangler. He has many different options, but I suggest ordering the monthly kit/box (you can cancel after one box). I find his kits far superior to store-bought science kits. www.stevespanglerscience.com/club/

Tinkercrate is good too. you could order a box or two. Showed these to my DD and she said go with them. I shared on FB and got $10 off! Thanks for the recommendation!
